How do you feel about yourself?
Imagine you are at your favorite restaurant having lunch with a friend.
What are you eating?
Is it healthy or unhealthy?
Is the food you are eating helping you feel good inside or guilty?
Visualize yourself currently.
How do you feel?
What clothes do you choose to wear because of the way you feel about yourself?
How does getting dressed in the morning feel for you?
Is it a positive experience or negative experience?
Visualize the habits that are keeping you from being at the perfect weight for you.
Feel the guilt you live with everyday because of these habits.
How much longer will you tolerate it?
Feel the excess weight on your body that these habits are responsible for.
Look into all the areas of your life that these habits are affecting negatively.
Feel the fear of what is going to happen to your health if you do not change these habits.
Think about how your habits are affecting your children or those around you.
Project yourself to the future and see how your life will be and who you will become if you do not change these habits. Feel it!
